A page from one of my sketchbooks where i have being developing ideas based from childhood influences. For example this page works from an image i drew when i was 4. "A bear wants the bread" as i had written next to the original image.

Project planning

A page from my sketchbook, investigating the movement of characters i have created over the years. As a plan for creating a stop motion piece, as well as investigating the fluidity of my lines.

Lungs

My representation of the human lungs only using the material from one old jacket and some watch gears. I used the gears to represent the importance of the heart, and our need for it to function as a healthy machine.
W: 31cm H: 58cm.

Blackpool final response

A combination of some of the final inked drawings based around the Blackpool amusements, which have digitally altered features using photoshop.
Printed as A3.

Residential response

Patterns created as a response to our residential trip to Blackpool, inspired by the arcades.

Paper manipulation

A set of small studies on how ink and paper can be manipulated to create a compatible pattern.
Sizes range from W:14cm H 15cm, to W:14cm H: 41cm.

Clothes line

A 10 minuet ink observation of an inside clothes line.
